Yet another healthy, kid/everyone-friendly, mmm mmm good recipe…

Call it whatever you wish but as usual it’s a mish mosh of protein and other vitamin-rich stuff. So here goes:

Cook one serving of the hot cereal quinoa flakes (can certainly sub oatmeal here)

Mix in 3 good-sized scoops of plain greek yogurt of choice (I always prefer Fage 0%)

Mush in any berries of choice (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) and I mean mush

Whip in a flowing serving of almond butter or your choice of peanut butter

And there you have a creamy, tasty and really healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.
